Clever Talks, the entertaining and inspirational concert-like conference for millennials, is gearing up for its next event on September 26 at San Diego State University’s Viejas Arena. This one-of-a-kind experience will have highly successful millennials, influential speakers, and celebrities including Lil Jon, the TV star, DJ, entrepreneur and rapper; Jenna Marbles, YouTube viral superstar; Paul Goodman and Griffin Thall, co-founders of Pura Vida; Johnny Earle, founder of Johnny Cupcakes, the first t-shirt bakery; and more.

Since its inception in 2014, Clever Talks has become more than a conference: it is a movement to empower and inspire individuals to reach their potential, think outside the box, and ultimately fulfill their purpose. Clever Talks will include the speakers’ personal stories on their road to the success, the moves they took to get to greatness, and how they realized their dream. This is not your average event, it is taken to the next level with everything from DJs and zombies and plans to break two Guinness World Records during the conference.

Clever Talks is a dream of creating an experience where everyone can be inspired to take action on their individual goals and vision for themselves and the world. They do this by empowering people to follow their dreams from hearing the success stories of public figures who they look up to most in an exciting and cool environment. Clever Talks put together events where people are encouraged to unlock their potential and have a go-for-it attitude towards their visions.

The event will also include Cleverland, an interactive area for guests prior to the talks with vendors, booths, and entertainment. Cleverland will be open from noon–4:30PM for the public and re-opened for ticketed attendees only from 5:30– 7:30PM. There are two VIP meet and greets from 6-7PM and 10:30-11:30PM available for an additional $49.

Who knew there was an event that could inspire and possibly change the lives of millennials?! Who wouldn’t want to go to this? Such an amazing opportunity to create the life you want and realize that life is only the choices you make and the risks you take! Plus, you can’t go wrong with celebrity speakers sharing their stories! The perspective on how one person can start from anywhere will break the mold of society and motivate generations to think outside the cookie cutter box of life.

What an awesome chance to hear such diverse entrepreneurs in various fields of work. As an SDSU alum – this would be an amazing chance to get advice and direction on my future creative adventures. I graduated as an Entrepreneur major from San Diego State and would have loved to attend something like this when I was an undergrad. Also, Johnny Earle (aka Johnny Cupcakes) as been a brand I have supported for many years, I even have some of his very first tee shirt designs. Seeing his success and dedication to his brand had a strong influence on me and also made me decide to pursue becoming an entrepreneur in the first place. Also, to see that something small and creative (just even an idea) can turn into something big and successful is very inspiring. I would like to hear what all the speakers have to say and hopefully take their advice and put it to good use for my own personal entrepreneur ventures.
